Shipping policy

1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on the product’s availability, size, and shipping destination.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • The weight and dimensions of your order.
  • The shipping method selected.
  • The delivery location.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

For orders over $500, we offer free standard shipping within the United States, this excludes the following states and territories, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc. 


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Custom-made or special-order items may take additional time to process. Estimated lead times will be indicated in the product description.

4. Delivery Locations

We offer worldwide shipping, including U.S. territories. However, all international and U.S. territory orders require a custom shipping quote. Please contact us to receive an accurate quote before finalizing your purchase.

Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and weight of our products.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.


6. Freight Delivery for Large Items

For large or bulky furniture:

  • Orders will be shipped via freight carriers.
  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

7. Shipping Damage & Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery:

  • If items are damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours at [Sales@alisonsfurniture.com].
  • Take photos of any damage and keep all packaging materials. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If an item is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
